Netzach is the filter’s resonance, hence the water glinting through the floor-boards.
If you want to know what the individual sefirot are in this piece, here’s a guide:
Chesed (blue) is of course first (its additional instrument is a lap steel with ebow that is also controlling what the modules do).
Gevurah (red) starts at around 5:19 minutes (no additional instrument).
Tiferet (green) starts at 10:12, and has no lap steel again.
Netzach (light pink) starts at 12:55 and has lap steel again (I think?).
Hod (dark pink) starts at 19:00 and, yes, uses lap steel.
