Each of these pieces consists of a translucent mylar skin over a flat, wooden armature. The colored material in 10.1, 10.5 and 10.7 is translucent paint, poured over and around the interior wooden armature as it lay flat on a sheet of plastic. It was then peeled up to allow the armature to stand upright. There is no color applied to the mylar skin. In 10.5 and 10.7 the paint pour was then cut in relation to the cuts in the mylar skin. The color in 10.3 and 10.9 is colored mylar attached loosely to the wooden armature. The color in 10.10 is airbrushed onto the surface of the mylar.
